Asana’s user-friendliness and flexibility allow me to create bespoke workflows for myself and my entire team. All of the changes made by one of my colleagues or me will be preserved and then made available to other team members. All work team members benefit from this feature, which guarantees that they are given the most realistic and efficient work schedule possible.

I use Asana for managing multiple teams within our startup. Being able to reference tasks from different departments quickly, manage my to-do list, assign tasks to team members and keep projects on the schedule are tremendous benefits. Overall, I haven’t come across anything that I don’t like.

My firm is functioning in Philippines and Florida (USA) on different projects, at the same time. I can view their tasks, reports, project status, and everything else separately on the same application without getting confused about anything. I can also sub-divide the task conveniently as per the requirements.

Asana is a perfect solution for the businesses that are looking for a collaboration tool and task management. It is far better than Microsoft Project because it works on a start-to-finish model, where we can create a project plan. The only negative of this software is that it is too complicated for small businesses.
